Welcome to the Stratford Sterling House Lacrosse home page.  We are a coed youth lacrosse program that emphasizes skill development in a fun (but sometimes competitive) environment.  Our boys' teams participate in the Connecticut-New York Lacrosse Assocation (CONNY) and our girls' teams play similarly skilled teams in Fairfield and New Haven counties.  Here, you'll be able to get news, information, schedules, game results, directions and much much more. Sterling House is pleased to announce the following coaches have been selected for it 2012 Boys lacrosse teams:

Seniors - Head Coach: Glen Scinto; Ass't Coaches: Larry Farrell, Brian Rodriquez
Junior A - Head Coach: Pat Corcoran; Ass't Coaches: Terry Newall, Drew Bodington
Junior B - Head Coach: Jim Schraml; Ass't Coaches: James Schraml Jr.
Lightning - Head Coach: Joe Mulligan; Ass't Coaches: Don Nazzaro
Bantams - Head Coach: Terry Newall

Sterling House invites anyone else that is interested in coaching to inform any of the coaches for that team.  All are welcome.

Congratulations to numerous Sterling House Alumni on earning high school post season honors:

Patrick Corcoran:  Connecticut Class S 1st Team All State; Connecticut Post All Star Team; All FCIAC Honorable Mention (St. Joseph)

Harry Cotter: Connecticut Class L 2nd Team All State; All SCC 1st Team (Fairfield Prep)

Nick Francis: Connecticut Class S 2nd Team All State (St. Joseph)

 Brandon Goncalves: Connecticut Class S 1st Team All State (St. Joseph)

Congratulations to Chris Cotter for being named NCAA Division III Honorable Mention All American.  As a captain for his Endicott College varsity lacrosse team, Chris also was named All Conference for The Commonwealth Coast Conference.  Chris also played in the National North-South All Star game and in the New England East-West All Star game.  We are all proud of your accomplishments.
